CHRISTMAS ITINERARY & TARIFF 2009
This year our festivities commence on 23rd December and you have the opportunity to extend your stay right through to New Year (please see separate itinerary). The packages listed below are for a minimum of four nights and are priced as FULL BOARD.
Wednesday 23rd December
Mince Pies & Tea on arrival, time to settle in your room and then meet in the Lounge Bar for a Sherry
Reception with your Resident Proprietors Jean & John Murphy. Five course dinner is served in the
evening followed by Live Entertainment.
Thursday 24th December
Full Breakfast served until 9:30am, followed by Morning Coffee at 11 o’clock, then time for some last minute shopping prior to your three course lunch taken in the Restaurant at 1:00pm. Complimentary Afternoon Tea at 4:00pm with The Llandudno Operatic Society performing Christmas Carols on the Lounge Stage, followed by a five course dinner and Live Entertainment
Friday 25th December
Traditional Breakfast, for those who dare, followed by a relaxing morning with Coffee before your Five Course Christmas Luncheon with all the festive trimmings, including a visit from Santa. Afternoon Tea and “Guess the Weight of the Christmas Cake” will take place after the Queen’s Message to the Nation. If you have any room left then feast on our Gala Buffet served in the evening - a marvelous display which has become a tradition on Christmas Day at The Marlborough. Following these gastronomic delights we have more Live Entertainment this evening
Saturday 26th December
Boxing Day Breakfast then join us on the Promenade to watch those brave enough to “take the dip” and return in time for Morning Coffee. Three Course Lunch served in our Restaurant and complimentary afternoon tea in the Lounge. In the evening we serve a five course dinner prior to the Live Entertainment
Sunday 27th December
After Breakfast, a morning of leisure, or perhaps a race around the Sales in town. Return for Morning Coffee followed by a three course lunch in the Restaurant and afternoon tea a little later in the Lounge. In the evening we meet in the lounge Bar for a Mulled Wine Reception followed by five course dinner prior to your Live Entertainment
Monday 28th & Saturday 29th
Breakfast, Morning Coffee, 3 Course Lunch, Afternoon Tea, Five Course Dinner & Live Entertainment

Check Out Time on your day of departure is 10:00am and therefore the items on the itinerary after this time are not included in your tariff.
Deposit of £50 per person (Non Returnable) is required to secure your reservation.
If you cancel prior to 31st August there will be no further charge other than the loss of deposit.

NEW YEAR ITINERARY AND TARIFF 2010
This year our New Year Party Program commences on Monday 28th to allow you to enjoy a five night break over the festive period - something that was requested by a lot of our guests as they departed last year. The package listed below is for a minimum of three nights and is priced at HALF BOARD.
Wednesday 30th December
A Full Welsh Breakfast served from 8:30 until 9:30am. Our Lounge Bar is open for Lunches & Snacks from 12 until 2:00pm. At 6:15pm this evening there is a Sherry Reception with your Resident Proprietors Jean & John Murphy. A five course candlelit dinner is served at 6:30pm followed by this evening’s entertainment
Thursday 31st December
Full Breakfast is served from 8:30 until 9:30, then time for some last minute shopping prior to the evening’s festivities. Our Lounge Bar is open for Lunches and Snacks from 12 until 2:00pm and a complimentary afternoon tea is served at 4.00pm in the lounge. At 6.15pm this evening there is a wine reception followed by a six course gala dinner served at 6:45pm with all the trimmings and live entertainment commences shortly after in the Restaurant with our resident DJ Steve Vaughan. There will be a Fancy Dress Parade for those who dare! (time to be notified) and dancing into the wee small hours with the Midnight Toast, Balloon Net & Conga followed by a light Finger Buffet to help you on your way!!
Friday 1st January
Traditional Breakfast is served a little later this morning from 9:00 until 10:30am and then why not take in the sea air and blow away the cobwebs before returning for a Bar Snack at lunchtime (12 until 2pm) and complimentary Afternoon Tea (for those staying tonight) served in the Lounge at 4:00pm. Check out time for those departing today has been extended to 2:00pm. A five course dinner is served at 6:30pm prior to this evening’s entertainment
Saturday 2nd January
Enjoy a hearty Breakfast, served from 8:30 till 9:30am, in readiness for that safe journey home. Check out time today is 10:00am. We wish you a fond farewell and look forward to welcoming you and your friends back to the Marlborough once again in 2010.
